Data handled by the watch-face packages

The faces contain declarative Watch Face Format resources. The watch-face packages contain no executable application code, network client, advertising, analytics, tracking SDK or account sign-in. The packages do not collect or transmit personal information to Longbeard Tech, or sell or share it with another party. Longbeard Tech operates no watch-face backend or server-side personal-data store for these packages.

Wear OS supplies the time and manages local face customisation. The packages do not directly read sensors, request health permissions, record a health history or send displayed complication values to Longbeard Tech. These statements concern the watch-face packages; voluntary support correspondence and visits to this webpage are described separately below.

Optional complication providers

Complication slots start Empty. You can select compatible apps or services in the Wear OS editor to display battery level, date, steps, heart rate or another supported value. What is available depends on your watch and installed providers.

Wear OS and the selected provider handle access, permissions and refresh behaviour. Those providers may process data independently under their own privacy policies. Ask the provider about its measurements and processing; displaying a value does not mean Longbeard Tech receives it.

Purchases and platform services

Google Play handles purchases and delivery under its own terms and privacy policy. Wear OS, Samsung services and the providers you select operate under their respective privacy policies. Platform-managed processing is separate from these resource-only watch-face packages.

Storage and removal

Longbeard Tech holds no personal-data database for the watch-face packages. Wear OS may retain your customisation choices locally. You can clear selected complications, reset face customisation or uninstall a face to remove its use from your watch.

Platform-managed settings and backups remain subject to your platform settings. This does not describe support-email retention, which is set out below.

Voluntary support correspondence

If you email hello@longbeard.tech, Longbeard Tech handles the information you choose to send to answer your request. This may include your email address, name, message and attachments. Company support personnel can access this correspondence.

Support messages and attachments are retained for 30 days after they have been read. Avoid sending sensitive health information. Send privacy questions or requests to delete support correspondence to hello@longbeard.tech.

Visiting this policy page

Delivering this page requires the website hosting and network infrastructure to process normal web requests and connection information. This is separate from the watch-face packages. This standalone page contains no JavaScript, analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts or external asset requests.

Changes

We may update this policy when the products or our practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. Material changes to watch-face data handling will be reflected in an updated policy and applicable store declarations.
