Please do not send journal entries, medication details, safety-plan contacts or other sensitive health information by email. Include your device type, operating-system version, app version and a short description of the problem.
Common questions
- Where is my journal? It is stored only in the app's encrypted database on your device. There is no account or cloud copy.
- How do I move or back up my data? Open Privacy & data and create an export you control. Keep exported files somewhere you trust.
- Why did a reminder not appear? Check notification permission, battery or focus settings, the scheduled time and whether the medication is still active.
- How do I remove my data? Privacy & data includes delete controls. Delete all destroys the local encryption key and cannot be undone.
- Why is Ask unavailable? The first store release is local-only. External AI and clinical search are not enabled in this version.
Safety and urgent help
Mente Clara is not emergency care or a crisis service. If you may be in immediate danger, call your local emergency number or use a crisis service in your region. The app's Safety and Panic actions keep your saved plan and crisis resources close, but they do not replace human help.
